Hospitality · Resort concept
A sense of belonging.

01 / The idea
Roots begins with belonging: to a place, to its culture and to the experiences shared there. The concept brings local craft, care and continuity into the relationship between a guest and a destination.
A quiet connection to place. Privacy, tactile materials and indoor–outdoor continuity support a stay shaped by its surroundings and the people who give them meaning.
02 / The design decisions
Local craft, cultural stories and the natural setting inform the spatial and material direction. The concept explores how hospitality can contribute to the continuity of a place.
Destination-specific fragrance, cool linen towels and welcome tea introduce the proposed sensory identity. These details are designed to recur throughout the stay.
Reflection cards, native herbs, a fragrance card or a locally made keepsake close the circle. The final gesture carries an association with the destination beyond the visit.

03 / The guest experience
A familiar scent, the taste of a welcome tea, a small object held in the hand. Roots explores how repeated rituals can become personal associations, while proposing ways for hospitality to contribute to the place itself.
Hospitality concept and sensory direction. Images are mood references from the concept presentation. Guest rituals and local contribution programmes are proposals.
Every place begins with a story.
